In addition to the team, the client will have access to the occurrence via Extranet to monitor the delivery status and phases of this project and interact with the UNO technical and quality team. Therefore, it is extremely important that there is an assertive interaction between UNO and the Client, always keeping expectations, deadlines and needs aligned. 1. Architecture Development methodology

In this first stage of the UNO Development Methodology, the Technical Consultant will understand the needs of your type of business.

In this sense, a use-case diagram  overseas data will be created to facilitate understanding of the scope of this project , so that the analyst responsible for development has a better understanding of their business and the need for change.

The use case is a functionality of the system, represented by a doll and a label with the actor’s name. An actor is a user of the online ERP System, which can be a human user or another software.

Therefore, this phase is very important to avoid future rework due to a misunderstanding of needs. Therefore, the more detailed the needs are when assessing, the better the execution of this project will be.

Analysis

Here, we create a development prototype automate a variety of jobs  and perform project sizing using Function Point Analysis (FPA). This technique measures online ERP system development projects to establish a size measurement, considering the functionality implemented from the user’s perspective. Additionally, at this stage, we perform a study of the appropriate infrastructure.

2. Construction

Often the new functionality or change  lob directory requested involves the design of the online ERP System screens. Care must be taken not to overdo the number of fields and spaces, as the amount of information may not fit on the screen. Therefore, it is necessary to create a new screen or include a scroll bar.

In addition to the design that the end user sees, there is a need to build frameworks (structure and function) based on components . Sequentially, the database scripts are created with the development class diagram . We will not go into detail here, as it is very technical.

Codification Development methodology

At this stage of the UNO Development Methodology, the screen layout is coded and the programming itself is carried out.

The testing phase requires a lot of attention, as this is when possible problems in understanding business rules become evident. In addition, the testing phase involves executing acceptance items , which usually include items related to usability, performance, functionality, error handling, etc.
